Customer Service Representative

I have worked in the printing industry since 1972. I started at Presto Prints in 1978. I worked as a printer for 12 years, then moved to customer service. I currently do proofing, estimating, order taking and outside sales. The most rewarding part of my job is to track an order through the shop to its successful completion. We all pride ourselves on trying to make the customer look their best and we will go the "extra mile" to achieve that goal.
